Hacker News article Hacker news has had a lot of things happening lately.
The news of the past few months has been dominated by privacy issues with Facebook and Google, and it was reported that Facebook was looking to expand into the healthcare space with a new product that would be called a “beauty delivery platform.”
Then, a couple weeks ago, the same news broke out that Google is now working on a new facial recognition software called Google Lens.
While Google Lens is a bit of a mystery at this point, it’s clear that the company is working on something very different than the existing Google Glasses that Google was releasing last year.
The company is building a facial recognition platform that uses artificial intelligence to detect the face in photos and videos.
In other words, the new Google Lens will be able to recognize the exact person in a photo, even though it doesn’t see the person directly in the photo.
Google Lens has been in development for a while, and the company has also been working on building its own AI, which will be used in the new software.
The project is known as DeepLens, and while it is currently being tested in the lab, the company plans to begin shipping the product in the real world sometime next year.
Google is planning to launch the facial recognition system for the facial-recognition software in the first quarter of 2019, which would make it the first company to launch such a technology.
